How To Generate Mortgage Leads Online

Sorry it has been so long guys…I have been working way too much this year and I apparently have way to many websites (or not enough assistants..).

Second, I created a mortgage lead capture page Word Press Theme. You’ll be able to get this theme, customize it for you business and implement all the strategies on this site! It has built in lead capture forms on the home page and all the blog posts, as well as spots for ads on the side. This way, you can make little banners for “Bad Credit Refinance”, “FHA Refinance” and link them to all your mortgage offers. Really Cool! Im also going to have the option to have my personal web design guy set up and customize the site for you for about $30. Sweet deal, eh?

But for now, I wanted to share a cool site I have been using as of late. It’s called Iwriter.com.  This is kind of like a Vworker type site, except for the fact that it’s all about articles.  You create an account, load up some funds via paypal or credit card and start posting whatever articles you want written.  The best part?  The articles start at $2 each.  The second best part?  They get done really fast!

There is a whole pool of writers signed up for this site.  When they see your post, they can choose to take on your project and write the article for you.  Then, you get to approve it and download it. Super easy!

Here’s the bad part.  Some of the writers are not so good at English and they will try to spin articles to get paid, so the article come out almost unreadable.  Certainly something you would not want to post on your own website or even use and “seo content”.

To get around this, they have a rating system in place.  Every time a person gets an article written for them, they rate the writer.  So, obviously a 5 star writer is going to be what you want to use for great articles.

Here’s what I did.  I loaded up an article request with 15 different 300 word articles (you just enter in 15 different keywords).  The $2 ones. You don’t have to use that many… Then, I went through all the articles (which were done within the same day) and picked the best writers.  SAVE THEIR USER NAMES.  I had them write a 500 word article each and found my favorite writer, second favorite, etc.

So now, when I want an article, I just log in, paste the keywords that I want the article about and I enter in the writers user name that I liked the best.  Only that writer gets the request, so that writer is the one that does the job for me.

This way, I get content written for my websites for super cheap AND it’s high quality!  You can request 10 articles, load them up in your wordpress blog and set it to post 2-3 articles a week.   There you go, a whole months worth of blog posts set up on autopilot and all you had to do was copy and paste…

Here’s a tip if you are going to use this service… It’s 2 bucks for a 300 word article all the way up to a 5 bucks for a 700 word article.  Most people will want to go for the cheap article, as many blog posts out there are around 300 words and hey, it is cheaper. Well, forget that!  Google loves content.  People hate writing content and usually go for smaller posts.  Shell out the 5 bucks and get a 700 word article.  You will have longer posts on your site, more content and get better rankings!

Many of my writers write them up to 750 words for $5 and that one heck of a deal.  They are very good quality.  Shoot, I even had one guy write a whole 6 email auto responder series for me (I used the 500 word articles on that one, since it wasnt hosted on the web), for less than $20.  Incredible!  One mortgage lead pays for that whole series…

If you want to get 500 word articles for submitting to article directories, that’s cool.  $3 each.  Get some backlinks!  But I personally would use the longer articles for site content…
