How To Generate Mortgage Leads Online

Hi, my name is Paul.  Like I said on the homepage, I’ve been generating mortgage leads online for the last few years now.

I was originally selling leads via mailers, auto dialers, etc.  It was brutal.  Nothing seemed to work .  I’d charge someone $1500 for sending out a mailer and they’d get maybe 30 leads…and be pissed.  I sold someone exclusive internet leads for $1700 one time and all the leads were 90 days old.  The company that sold them to me was just screwing everyone.  That”s when I got pissed myself and decided to generate my own freaking leads.  I’ve never looked back and my clients are happier than ever.  Many of them have said that what I’m doing has been the best advertising money they have ever spent in the life of their business.  Pretty cool to hear that!

Here’s a screen shot of ONE of my email addresses.  This one I get the leads sent to me and they go to the client simultaneously.  This way I can keep track of how many were generated and get paid what I deserve.  Check it out, there’s a lot of leads coming in!

This is just the leads that go into the spam folder (when people have certain email addresses the leads get sent there…).  As you can see, they are coming in steady…and this is just for one client.
